It's a good idea to change your password at somewhat regular intervals anyway, even if password brute force attacks aren't really a thing anymore.

This kind of security breach happens to everyone at some point, even the mighty Google. Just gotta watch out for when stuff like this happens. On the net, when someone wants something bad enough and has the skill to get it, they will get it at one point, and that includes your account info and passwords.

Malwarebytes, a computer security company, has a blog article which covers the leaked email address and how to check on yours. It also list Ameba, a popular Japanese blogging and social networking site as serving malware atm. https://blog.malwarebytes.org/
