The idea that the text rpg is on the phone is the most appealing to me. Computer text rpgs are just never that popular, and I am not sure if that can change

Hahah. Well, if you know how to code or market maybe I'll recruit you.

Been there and done that.
Now I'd only start a business if it were exclusively for the money
and I hate money.

Sounds weird but here me out lol. I've been thinking about this for months now and I've got the general concept of how a business is set up.
My question is If someone had a business idea but no money to start it up (I'd help you with the money part) what would your business be?
Don't go into detail about how you'd do it but how and what would be a good business to start up?

I'd probably expand my teaching of the only martial art created for women. I think about it from time to time, but the market is so polluted with shitty programs (and even worse expectations that drive them), it's like a brick wall that never wants to go down.

Probably provide training to a niche market, for example environmental management.

Great idea but that's a LOT of work for just 3 people ESPECIALLY if you only have 1 person working on the coding part. Because then i'm assuming no one else would have any skill at that so that one person would be creating and troubleshooting ^~^ i mean unless they have tones of free time and are very smart. I have basic knowledge in C++ and Java but i only really know HTML5 and i don't think that would get me too far beyond making a website ^_^

^^^^^ Very good idea but i'm gonna point out a HUGE!!!!!!! problem, if you were gonna start something up like that from scratch your gonna kinda need a LOT of money LOTS and LOTS of money for permits, venue location, even if you recruit start up bands that are trying to make it big you have to take into account that your not going to be able to charge too much for the tickets. Who's gonna pay money to go see "The Banana boys" live? assuming everything goes well you'd more than likely (95% chance) that you'd end up with a loss of profit at the end of the event, but atleast you'd get your festivals name out there?? life is tough :'3

This is also a good idea all anime merchandise is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE so you'd make lots of money really fast. The only thing you're gonna want to keep in mind is that your gonna need access to the items you're selling. and you can't legally just create and sell a "Attack on titan backpack" because you need permission to do that. Even if it's just manga, Correct me if i'm wrong but if you ever see a site hosting anime or manga there is usually a part where it says that the material isn't licensed and not meant to be distributed for a profit. Have you ever seen that? Well then you can't sell that either lol and once it's licensed material then you need permission

Excellent ideas keep them coming ^_^

You mean like physically training people in a face to face environment?? that's a great idea but think bigger ^_^ even if it's a success our limited to people in the area. Just imagine if you created a app but you could only download it at the one supermarket down the street from you.You end up cutting out all that long distance profit :3

Sorry for double post

I want something related to BJDs.

I know people who charge $150-200 for 1 face up, customization, clothes, eyes....everything BJD related is a good business. These Asian dolls are getting very popular here in USA too and they are not a waste of money because if you get bored with it or don't like it, you can sell it and get the money back.

You always lose money with live events, that's why you sell alcohol to make up the loss. Well, alcohol and whatever else. It's a pretty well known fact. Even larger venues generally don't make much from ticket sales alone. It's not something you to do to make money though, and it's the same thing with a record label.

what if, we make a company that releases game sequels! But we just announces the sequel and never actually makes them, saying it's underdevelopment, then giving release dates, then delaying.

and when we actually make them, cut it up and sell it as DLC
