My math teacher last year was SO FUNNY. He made a tough class enjoyable. Sad that he retired though...

my professor in college, whom i had for applied chem and physical chem lab. he was the only professor that i've seen who was genuinely happy about his students acing his class. he wrote top notchers on the board after exams and beamed as if you were his child and you just won a nobel prize.

during one exam though, a lot of us had really low grades. he still wrote the names on the board (he wrote more than 10) even if they were really low. he still smiled, congratulated us, and urged the others to visit him after class if they needed help.

during my thesis, he was one of our panelists. we forgot to submit a hardcopy of our progress report (but sent a softcopy to our thesis adviser), but our adviser was a devil-spawn (always doubted us but never advised us in any way) and told us that our defense was canceled. that professor saved our asses big time by telling our adviser to continue the thesis defense because he was sure that we were prepared (and we are). he was more proud of us than our adviser

that professor has recently shifted to an industry-related profession now. and i can honestly say that i'll miss him.

Hard to decide between the science teacher who said I left a footprint on her heart and the philosophy teacher who said I was the best student he's ever had.

Hmmmmmm, a few come to mind. However, I've noticed my favourite teachers were the ones the other students didn't like.

In kindergarten, I was very fond of my teacher. She was kind, charming but made me sad that my class was the final one before her retirement. I was picked on as well. She always made me feel safe from them, gave me plus other students treats during lunch and sometimes let me be in her rocking chair. Also, she kept encouraging me to learn and learned how to read my first book. Still today, I don't think I've ever had a teacher like her.

My 8th grade English teacher. He was funny and very sweet. He was also a good person to talk to when you were feeling down.

Hard to say. I met a lot of cool teachers before, but I think the most memorable one has to be my art teacher during my Junior and Senior year in high school. At first, I thought she was kooky and completely random. Netherless, she was still a great artist and a superb teacher. When I got into AP Studio Art, I had a huge procrastination problem and I had difficulties finding out what to do for my portfolio. My teacher helped me out throughout the entire course and I eventually got a good score because of her guidance.

An addition for helping out my portfolio, she was really chill as hell. My art teacher would let me and a couple of friends crash in her room during a free period or something.

Probably my ROP Theater teacher Mr. C in high school. I fucked up my freshmen year in high school and had to make up some credits so they put me into an ROP and I was lucky enough to get into ROP Stage and Theater and we built a two story set on wheels that spun around to reveal a different set. We did sound for the football games but no one cared, we build stages for weddings and got away with an unholy amount of mischief in school theater. we would hold onto the light things and see who could hold on the longest and went the highest. i had a friend literally DROP from the second floor right next to the principal and get away with it. Best class ive ever had.
