I got double charged for a 1 month Crunchyroll subscription. I need this fixed.

As stated at the top of all the Help forums, you will need to /contact customer support for all billing related questions.

It sounds like you may have a second account set up for Premium, that you forgot to cancel before the September billing cycle.

I've only made the one profile, but I did just contact them...

As it's the weekend, you may not hear anything back until sometime tomorrow. Make sure to keep an eye on your junk mail folder, as direct communications can accidentally get marked as spam.

You may also want to check your subscription charges on the PayPal site itself.

Check to see if that page lists two "active" payments for CR, or just one.

I feel you on this! I just noticed today that I have been getting double charged on this since August! I am none to happy about this

If you haven't already, you should verify that you don't have multiple accounts subscribed, and if you haven't already, /contact customer support, as they don't handle billing questions through the forums.

No I am thinking its a glitch on your end with iTunes. iTunes only allows me to be charged once on apps like this and I comfirmed this today with visa as I only was charged $13 in each of the months in question. But that still leaves why are those messages there. It's not costing me anything now so I care alittle less but still curious nonetheless

But as I said, visa was only charged once so that is all that matters
