Title pretty much says it all. IN ADDITION to the rest of this Roku train wreck it doesn't seem to "see" that I am a subscribed user and I get ads. Lots and lots of ads. With several seconds of dead space between them.

On the main CR screen there seem to be icons I might be able to access which might be able to re-sign me in but nothing on the remote seems to be able to access these options.

I am not a hardcore anime fan so downloading extra software and/or watching on a different device is not an option. I want to watch on my television. Please be honest. If the issues covered here and in other posts will not be solved very shortly I absolutely intend to unsubscribe until the problems are solved. I'm not sure what bonus I'm getting right now from being subscribed if my shows are interrupted by ads every few minutes anyway. Right now CR is a waste of money for me.

Start by pressing the Pause(play) button.

Aha! Well, that has accessed a menu. Now I'm being told I'm not connected to the network or some such thing. That issues could be on my side or elsewhere though. Hard to say. I'll keep trying...

i have the same problem, its getting really annoying.. i already tried to unlink, reboot my roku then relinked it again, i already pressed the pause and play and OK button but im still getting commercials.

After you unlink, have you tried removing the Roku from your devices page here on the website before re-linking?

Also, is you queue showing on the Roku? If so, that would indicate that it is linking to your account, but for some reason isn't recognizing your premium status. If that is the issue, I would recommend contacting customer service directly. (They visit the forum only if they've made it through the contact forms and e-mails they've received for the day).

i havent removed everything on the device page, but i already contacted the service, im just waiting for their reply

but yes, all my queues are on my roku.

I'm a premium member and I'm seeing ads on new or on-going series only. On older complete series, no ads.
I thought it was limited to the Roku, but I'm seeing this in the PC browser too. Surely they will fix the ad problems. There is almost no difference between a guest and a member when ads are still playing.

I'm also having this problem. I deleted the app, unlinked my account, reinstalled, and still there are ads. I really can't understand what the game is with the Roku app. What's more? They're ads I don't want my young child seeing. This is a huge problem. If I can't watch my programming with my child present, I won't keep paying for it.
