I sometimes call my mom "Okaa-san."
And when thinking out loud, I sometimes say, "Eeto..." (which I've seen translated as "Um.." of "Uh...").

Hmmm, I don't really say them, I'm more content with learning it XD.

But while I'm watching an anime, and a certain phrase I've been studying pops up I mumble it lol.

Like: あたらし あなた 二つ XD

It's topics like these that have caused me to sometimes think in the odd japanese word I know. I won't judge people for dropping in japanese words into their first language speech, but I wouldn't do it myself, since I don't know japanese other than the occasional word.

When I walk into work I give a hearty おはよう!and watch my co-workers either roll their eyes or mutter "morning".

I also say まったね! when I leave.

It's my thing.

(I have other co-workers who toss out words from other languages as well so it's not as odd as it sounds in context.)

Like if I think something is cute I'd think "kawaii" instead of "cute". Same goes for other short phrases/words like "yare yare", "hai", "mattaku", etc. I'd think that sometimes instead of the actual English translation.

There's something not quite right going on up in that head of mine.
