So I signed up for the 30-day trial at Anime North this year, did not renew the memberships, but recently my mom and I found out that we have been charged $6.95 a month for the regular memberships since June, yet on the account, it shows no payment history nor payment methods that indicate we were paying for this account. Also when I followed
Account Settings -> Premium Membership Status

It shows I am only a member, and there are no links to indicate that I cancel this subscription.

Customer Support please look into this issue as it may be a terrible mistake.

As stated at the top of the help forums, you should /contact customer support directly, as CS cannot provide billing support on a public forum.

Is it possible you signed up using a different account?

Sorry this is my first time using CR forum.

Well when I tried "forget password" and provided the email address (which I am sure that I used it for the trial sign-up), I was actually able to change the password of the account in question. Although it does not have the payment info on it, I am sure that the account was attached to the email which I used to sign up for the trial.

Please /contact customer support and give them the last 4 digits and the name listed on the credit card that's being charged. There's no trace of any paid premium membership on your account, so it might be associated with a different account.

I also have been having problems. I wanted to keep my subscription and have been paying the $6.95 (last time was September 2) only to log on one day and find I am no longer a premium member even though I have been paying. I sent an email a few days ago and have heard nothing back. So fustrating!!!

I'm not seeing any subscription on your account at all. Just as with the previous user, /contact the support and provide the last 4 digits of the card being charged and the name that's on that card, so we can look up the charges.

I pay via paypal and it is taken directly from my chequing account. So not sure of what I need to send when I contact support.

Okay, Paypal is a different matter. In that case you should provide the support with the paypal address that is being charged.

Have you gone into your PayPal account and tried to cancel it there? It should be listed on this page:

i just resigned up over like 3 to 4 hours ago using paypal and im still not paid account and i was trying to pay for the per+ but it messed up fix this now
