Ideal Job: Government-Sanctioned or Law Enforcement related Computer and Network Security Specialist, aka "White Hat Hacker"

Current: Phone-based Technical Support Representative for an ISP

Bonus:
1. Door to door sales; I hate selling on the phone (which I did in my precious job, luckily in my current position that isn't part of the job description) as it is.

2. Somewhat, the amount of technical information I need to process in order to get people to a resolution to their issues can require a little investigation at my tier of support, sometimes I need to think outside the box to give our customers a resolution. However, usually matters are mundane and subscribers get angry for stupid reasons and don't even know how to do simple things like find the backspace key on the keyboard, which is annoying.

Ideal Job- I'd love to be a dog trainer like Victoria Stilwell. She was my idol when I was younger!

Real Job- Accountant.

Bonus Questions:

1) Is there a job you could never see yourself doing?
Two immediately spring to mind:
- Artist/novelist/etc, I'm not creative, it would be very stressful for me, and I wouldn't enjoy it;
- Doctor, I'd get very frustrated with people coming in saying "I sneezed this morning?! Am I dying?!"

2) Are you happy with the job you have even if it's not your ideal job?
I love the numbers and the consistency. The people I work with are less pleasant!
