Locodols. It will have you grinning happily pretty dang quick ^_^

If you want to go back a season or so, Tonari no Seki-kun and Seitokai Yakuindomo are pure comedy gold, and Is the Order a Rabbit? is just sooooooo cuuuuuute -- I swear, it's gotta be impossible to stay bummed out while watching that show =D

So many shows don't do this... shock you. You get emotionally involved in the characters, the story, and then BAM! They're gone. It feels unsettling. But, because it's anime, and anime has its devices... maybe they're not dead? And that takes the edge off a bit, knocks the brutality of it down a notch.

I kinda liked the way they did that to me... surprised me.

Hime-sama, you're alive! Heh.

Gen Urobuchi really got us there. The ending was shocking, but not in a bad way. The only thing was the January 2015 at the end. At first, since then ending was december, I thought that was the small time-skip happening next episode, y'know, when the storm blow over. Then I look it up and die inwardly.

I thought it was a solid ending. This war is messing with people's minds left, right and centre.
I just hope Slaine will come to his senses and get things right again next season. I'd be a shame
if he simply turned into a Saazbaum #2.

If nothing else, they've got the hooks in deep for the next season.

I found myself rather pleased when Saazbum got his revenge. I progressively found myself liking him the longer the show went on. Of course, his revenge may fall short come next season, though I personally hope that the apparently dead characters stay dead. I think allowing the narrative to move on as the characters fall away is a more interesting way to deal with it.

Am a little sad that, of the three major characters who were brutally cut down, Asseylum didn't get a real badass moment like the other two.

It was a perfect ending! All I kept thinking was this guy (Slaine) is going to be the cause of the princess demise. The moment where he saves Saazbaum and jumps on Inaho and they both crash into the room the Aldnoah engine was on I was all like " hahahahahaha they poor fool just killed his own cherish princess" then next thing you know she's still alive and trying to save Inaho can you imagine how pissed off he must have felt seeing how preocupied she was with Inaho, next comes Saazbaum and boom boom he kills her (which he told him was the whole purpose for the war) and goes all psycho lol.

After so much Torturing there are probably a couple of lose screws on Slaine's head. Could the princess still be alive? Sure, maybe they weren't fatal shots (even though one hit her in the head) and maybe that's why Slaine shot Inaho fast to try to save her. He has gone from faithful lackey to full blown stacker.

I feel bad for Inaho, he was already looking ahead and maybe thinking of improving his relationship with the one girl who understood and trusted him without questions and after seeing her die in the enemies HQ I bet he was like you know what bro... Just ended already I'm getting tired of this shit.

If the 2 are dead and Slaine becomes MC next season, Im pretty sure a lot of the InahoxAsseylum fans wouldnt be watching it. The show was so great too. Slaine was just the dumbest character of 2014.

I don't know, I still like Slaine! I was actually rooting for Slaine and the Princess to get together.. but I didn't want Inaho to die. That part was kind of sad to me and really unexpected. I do hope they bring back some of the other characters into Season 2 just so we can get a look at how they're doing.

I almost think Inaho has to be alive, because Think about it, If Slaine becomes the main Villain in S2 (which really seems likely at this point, I mean the dude gives Bizon from Buddy Complex a run for his money and that's saying a lot), there's only one person who can really stop him...

Urobuchi didn't write this episode. He only wrote the first 3 episodes.....

And all Slaine wanted was to see the Princess again without any casualties. Poor Slaine.
