This is equally worse as an adult having unsolicited sex with a child, in my opinion. Both cases are terrible and should never be allowed. Regardless of consent, it's still absolutely disgusting and should remain taboo. I can't believe that people condone this, either. Just... Literally, what in the actual hell....

Just because you can't get it up with another human being... Just... No. Why? Why?! ...I can't type anything else unless it's "why?" or "WTF".

Gross isn't really the problem. Lots of things people do with other people for sexual activity is gross, or different things are considered gross by some people while some like it and enjoy it or some don't mind it. Two fat, unattractive people with body odor problems having coitus together is gross. But plenty of things are fine and acceptable.

But some things are legitimately wrong and immoral, such as adults having coitus with minors, or, like the OP points out, these animal brothels and how bad they are.

I don't see how this is different from killing animals for eating or fishing. No animal ever give consent to those activities, if ure gonna be critical of one act, u have to be critical of all of them...

I know my opinion is controversial, and ppl are itching to quote me... But will not personally continue this. As will lead to flame wars/Ban.

I'm cool with it.. as long as the animal is okay with it. If not then... animal cruelty. Simple as that.

Lol.. Okay so I do think it's very taboo. Don't get me wrong. I don't supports, that's for sure.. I'm just simply saying that if the animal is not okay with it then I'm not okay with it. And I'm sure 99% of animals will not be willing to have intercourse with a human. Maybe even 100%...

Actually, you are probably right, raising animals (usually in poor conditions and giving them bad lives) for the sake of one day killing them so that they can be various cuts of meat, all for people to eat...is surely no better than this, if not worse.

Interesting point, but I can't say I agree.

Eating animals isn't necessary, but people have done it since the dawn of time, and it is a part of life and lifestyle.

When done humanely, and only taking what is needed there should be no problem.

Of course the animal probably wouldn't want to die. But then, the animals they (animals) kill in turn probably don't want to die either but it is necessary for survival and the overall balance of things including nature. Circle of life if you want..

Having sex with an animal does nothing, and it does not contribute to anything in any way, shape or form whatsoever.

There is just no point to it. At all.

I eat meat, but let's admit it, we aren't humane to the animals we raise for meat most times (most of them live bad lives before meeting the butchers blade). Or think how inhumane it is when we catch fish and sea creatures for food. And let's admit it, people in general eat way more meat than they should. People, collectively, eat too much meat. It is one thing if it is some people in a tribe in the Amazon eating some meat from an animal they hunted or some people in a small village out in the wild in Africa eating some meat from animals sold at a nearby stall, but countries like America? We buy and eat way more food than we actually need, and we buy and eat way more meat than we need. If many Americans tried to go meat-free or at least eat meat some days of the week to get the protein they need (as eating meat is generally the best way and easiest way to get the protein we need), but not eat meat every day of the week, that'd be one thing, also. But let us look at what is normal in America. American's love their meat. Excessive amounts of meat in our diets is the American way.

Well, that's why the buffalo were almost entirely eliminated from America. Natives took what they needed for their survival for thousands upon thousands of years - Europeans came and in less than 200 years, buffalo for nearly extinct. We could learn a thing or two from animals. When they kill each other, they take only what is necessary and what is needed; nothing more, nothing less.

Excess for food consumption and over-breeding are a result of greed and money making. Needs to be stopped. We kill too much and waste too much. Absolutely unnecessary.
