HI, i've been a member of Crunchyroll since Dec 28, 2012 and quite honestly I see a lot of potential in this company.
Crunchyroll seriously needs to get a new Video Player that allows users to actually preload their videos. The current player right now isn't very that good compared to other websites, this is probably the only downfall to Crunchyroll... Like seriously the only reason I am currently still using Crunchyroll is because how convenient it is right now. Crunchyroll is one of the only anime sites that has an APP available to users on a mobile device, which I find extremely awesome. But honestly i'm thinking about canceling my membership right now, because there are many other free anime websites that can almost top Crunchyroll.. I do not regret paying $7 a month, but the bottom line is if you want to reach your maximum potential you should defiantly look into getting a new and more efficient Video Player and I can guarantee you that you'll be getting way more customers.

More rewards towards people who stay with paid membership for every month? As months goes by the rewards becomes greater?
Maybe the amount of time for a guest pass increase by 10 minutes for every month?

They were supposed to roll out a new video player around the end of the first quarter of the year, but I've heard nothing further about it.

I don't know if those plans were quietly scuttled, or they reached fruition but the results were so disappointing that they killed the launch.

As to other sites not having mobile apps, I take it you aren't in the US, as both Funimation and Hulu (which while not an anime site has enough to qualify as one) have mobile apps. Internationally, Daisuki has an iOS app, and Viki has iOS, Android, Windows Phone and even Blackberry!

Ya, I'm from Canada. I just checked out Daisuki and it looks really nice so far, only thing that sucks is that they don't add the new episodes as fast as Crunchyroll. Other than that It looks like good alternative, thanks for the info
