So I cancelled my pre-order of Akiba's Trip at Gamestop a few days before release and preordered here because I'd be getting an extra item for the same price. However, I have not received my item still. It has been nearly a month since the game was to be received by the Crunchyroll warehouses then shipped to me, and I have still not received it.
I have sent in multiple tickets (after waiting reasonable periods of time) and only the first two have been responded to. It has been 2 weeks or so since the last response where I have sent up two more tickets wondering what happened to my order, and why my tickets have not been replied to.
I don't want to be ignored, I just want my game.

Don't expect a faster response here in the forums over the contact us method. The CS reps aren't actively looking in the forums and it clearly states issues with orders should be dealt with through the contact us method. I know you've already sent several, with the last couple not getting responses. Are you sure the CR response emails aren't ending up in your spam box?

I just checked on both of my emails that my account may be linked to since I always forget which one it does link to, and there are no emails from crunchy in either spam boxes. My iPhone even has Crunchy support listed as a VIP contact in my email, so anything I get from them will be known about immediately.

Thing is, when I contacted them initially, my ticket was responded to the next day. Then I tried replying to them via email, because I see no way to interact with open tickets on this site. A couple days passed an no reply so I submitted another ticket with the same content as the reply email I had sent, and that is when I received a response saying
"In the reply email I sent, I mentioned that I had updated your address in our system as well as contacted our warehouse and made them aware your package was coming back. Once it arrives we can process it and ship it to you."

After that, no contact has been made, to my knowledge.

Did the package get sent to an old address? Is that what they meant by "coming back"? Unfortunately the best suggestion is to contact Support again—the forum mods can't help with store orders.
