boil water, insert teabag into oversized mug, pour boiled water into mug, add artificial sweetener, stir tea, squeeze the tea out of the teabag, pop the bag in the bin, drink tea.

If you live in any country in the UK you must know how to make tea.

To hell with teabags. I take loose tea leaves and place them in a metal tea filter which I put in a ceramic teapot. Then I pour hot water over it. No sugar, no milk, like my coffee.

Did someone say tea?

boil the water.
rinse the pot and cup in the boiled water.
empty the water from the pot and cup.
put new boiling water in the pot.
add the tea leaves/bag to the pot(1 for each cup I plan to drink and 1 more for the pot).
appreciate the pot for 2 minutes.
pour the tea into the warm cup at height of 50 cm to aerate (through strainer if using leaves and no infuser).
add small amount of powder milk or pour milk but don't stir because I like the cloud.

for motchi I do the full tea ceremony.

Little by little I'm becoming more interested in tea. But for now I do tea like everyone else does with boiling water and adding the tea bags or tea leaves. I prefer Ceylon and Earl Grey cause they both smell and taste good. I tried Chai the other day and I liked it. Hopefully this week I'll get an infuser and a water filter strictly for making tea.

Depends obviously on what kind of tea I'm making I'm quite the tea-fanatic so I only ever use loose tealeaves and despise teabags.(Pyramid teabags are do-able though.) When you use the standard teabags you're not drinking tea, you're just drinking flavored water~

My favorite types of tea are:

- Earl Grey
- Gunpowder (Green tea)
- Black Tea flavored with Strawberry Cream

yeah i do the microwave & tea bag thing. Usually I add honey, unless it is already honey-flavored.

sweet tea i do differently. Boil water with tea bag on stove, put it in gallon pitcher, add in 1 cup sugar, and fill rest up to top with hot water. Then put in fridge.

(it's a southeastern USA thing lol)

Sadly I actually never did that yet. Does it taste a a ton better that way? I'm quite curious and willing to try it the traditional way sometime!

No I usually just put the tea leaves/balls (Lol) in a teapot filter and then add water that cooled off 5 min after boiling to the pot and have it steep for 2 minutes. So it's pretty much the 'lazy' way. At least I make sure to not use boiling water .. as that would be quite some bitter-disgusting tea indeed XD

You use this to place the K-cups in. You can also use coffee, hot chocolate, and tea as well.

Personally, I think it taste great.
