Just upgraded my tea life xD

Got a really nice clear teapot with a diffuser in it today, and a nice big bag of Whittard Ceylon Orange Pekoe tea leaves.

Boiling water tap straight in to the pot, then only brew for 2-3 minutes. Gets really bitter if you leave it.. Then drunk with only a smidgen of sugar :)

It's so much nicer than a teabag O_o just a little extra hassle...

Might have to try microwaving it, never heard of that before!

Boil water in electric Kettle
Put teabag in mug and pour boiling water over it
Let it sit for 2-3 minutes before removing teabag (if you leave it in for too long, it will become bitter)
Add desired milk, sugar, honey or whatever you want
and, voila. Tea.

If I have tea leaves instead of a tea bag then I will use a diffuser.

I'm not really sure if upgrading is the prefect word for it. It's just two diff ways to make the same thing.

I usually boil my water for 2:20 mins in my microwave.

The tea used in the video is one of my favorites from Teavana. <3

I heat up a cup of a water in a mug in the microwave, then add the tea bag and let it brew, and depending on what type of tea it is I'll add a pinch of sugar and a dollop of milk.

I get tea from Adagio. I heat water to the proper temperature for the tea I'm preparing, pour the water into a teapot with the tea leaves, let it steep for the proper amount of time, dispense into a cup, and drink it.

I boil some water in a kettle and depending on whether the tea is of a loose-leaf variety or in a tea bag, I put it into a cup of the boiled water (if it's loose-leaf I use a strainer) and I'm done. I don't have milk in my tea and generally don't have any sugar either, unless it's green tea - that stuff is super bitter!
