Ep 4

I can't explain why...but this episode made me feel something D':

...

...

...

It's so simple, everything seemed trivial, the parents to child relationship (tampering with their "life" so to speak)...traveling to the moon, and then the finale of getting the fragment. Its all trivial. It should have been something I just watched and continue with my day...but for some odd reason I literally cannot get-- this just hit somewhere in me, I feel some odd emotion, something close to happy-sadness, loved-seclusion, loneliness? The music certainly pushed it overboard...all so mellow. For a series I am completely indifferent to, it as really uprooted something in my foundation, did I relate? I have no clue. I might need to come back to this episode later...

I feel hurt.

Went from moe shlick to something profound & touching in one episode!
When I watch anime like this, I get the awful feeling that there are a lot of lonely, neglected Japanese children desperately yearning for some parental input!!
My opinion of this show has been upgraded after this episode, it really had so much more to it than it has had to now! I'm looking forward to more, hope it doesnt disappoint me!!

Not as good as last week, but still good in it's own right, I ended the episode on a smile, and had a few good chuckles through out. looks like next week we'll start to find out more about the connection between Minato-kun and Horned Cape, split personality perhaps?

Episode 5

This series is just so magical. Nice to know a little bit more about Itsuki's past this episode.

Lovely space scenery once again - though the girls would rather eat than admire it.

Surprise role reversal was cute!

Nice touch with Itsuki's brother at the end of the play there to bring the past to a close.

Think I'll need to re-watch this episode because I'm not sure what happened.

Just saw episode 5!

I love how they handle space in this show. They add these subtle nods to astronomy and physics, but they do it with very eye-catching visuals and it all just appears so enchanting. Plus they put in these tender-hearted moments with all the characters that only adds to the feeling.

Each episode really feels like an adventure. I love it so much - far more than I think i'm supposed to love it.

There's still quite a bit to go so I don't know how i'll feel later on, but right now this feels like the magical girl show i've always wanted. Yea, stuff like Madoka Magica, Nanoha, YuYuYu, etc are all great - but in loading it up with drama, action, or "heaviness" they have to give up that quaint and whimsical quality associated with magic. I simply love shows like this and Little Witch Academia that manage to keep the childhood splendor and adventure of magic. But they have space magic when just feels so... GAH, it just resonates with me for some reason.

But i'm rambling - I guess I've just been really enjoying this show recently and wanted to talk about it a bit lol.

Mm, more like battle of the fragments this week. I gotta say though, this guy is pretty desperate to get what he wants:

Things were ramping up this episode; it felt like a movie at times!

The spaceship's ephemeral appearance

My guess is that the two boys are the same person, but from parallel worlds, and therefore shouldn't exist in the same place. It might explain why Minato is sickly and why that earring reacted to Minataur at that isolated fountain dimension.

I am definitely enjoying this anime. it's rather light hearted compared to most others that i've watched which is quite nice. I also quite enjoy the intro theme.

So I have to take back an earlier statement I made about the product placement not being very intrusive. It's rather quite intrusive now.

Beyond that, the two red-heads are apparently not the same person? I guess I thought he was just Clark Kenting this whole time.
