Whats your height and build

I know its personal but, Whats your height and build. build meaning size and or weight. whats your most worked out body part.
If older is it the same as high school, younger same as middle school.

Am 5"10 185 pounds average build, most worker out is my biceps
I used to be real skinny in high school with an 8 pack.

6'2" and 200 lbs. I'm also in a wheelchair with a full-body muscular degenerative disease, so no build to speak of.

6'0" and 280 pounds no longer athletic build do to knee injuries so I have that extra cushion for the pushing

Not surprised, but I'm the shortest to post so far lol

Last time I got measured I was like 5'7 but with my shoes on I'm around 5'8. I'm 180 pounds, formerly topped out at 300 pounds. I guess I'd say I'm muscular, mostly because I work out twice a day, but I don't really want to be some meathead so I do more light toning stuff than huff and build gym rat crap.


I should add it's a miracle I'm the height I am because my mother is under five feet tall and my father is just barely 5 foot 5. I should be a lot shorter.

6'2", 135lbs. Bit skinny for my size; I run, so I my legs are the most worked-out, however I'm mostly just skin and bone.

6' 0", 320lbs, muscular but with about 45lbs of excess fat that I could drop.
I usually work with multiple group exercises but if I had to pick one of those it would be the bench press.
I am 60lbs heavier than I was in high school but with a smaller waist measurement.

If I'm considered thin at 5ft and whatever 40kg is in lbs, you must be a skeleton. Are you eating right or is it something else?

That would be 88lbs and yes 108 is very low for that height, possibly dangerously low.

5'4 and 193 pounds as of yesterday. I sound chubby, but I don't really look it and I plan on taking fencing classes soon due to my love of swordplay and the need to drop some weight, especially since my new medicine's been increasing my appetite.

thats a grate feet indeed am trying to lose more wait i was 245 i stay around 185-205 through middle school some high school that was my hight middle school though i was like 5"3 in 6th and 7th and 8th i went up to 5'7 than 5'8
