5' 11". 170 Ibs. muscular, with great definition overall. my pectorals are pretty massive right now (44 inches around chest, with a 33 inch waist to give you an idea lol) , but im currently trying to bring in more of my traps. which has been taking extra time compared to my other muscle groups IMO. :/ workout 5 days a week. free weights baby. haha. im siting at 8 % body fat.

5'10, 150 lbs with some beautiful legs, lean athletic build... dancing on the court sculpted me out but didn't really pack any meat on me so I've been hitting the gym to add a little size

Actually, studies have shown that not eating regularly can disrupt the metabolism and cause individuals to gain unwanted weight (fat) and lose muscle mass as well. I would suggest eating frequently but keeping portion sizes small. I agree with the workout part though.

As for build, I'm pretty short, 5'7 and 190 pounds. I go to the gym when I have free time. I would say my most distinguished part of my body is my shoulders and chest. When I started high school, I was only 5'2 and 135 pounds and slightly chubby. Drastically different appearance since then.
