So the 4'th Trailer for Nolan's November "Interstellar" has just been released.
I've personally been watching this movie closely since it was announced nearly a year ago, and I find it extremely interesting, both in topic and because of the actors and in general, the people working on this movie.

Brief Plot summarization:

Set in a near future, the Earth as we know it is running out of resources to substain the worldwide population as a whole which has resulted in NASA going all out on an epic journey to find a new world for us to settle in.
Our Astronauts mission is to travel through a nearby wormhole in our galaxy to enter a new galaxy in the search of a habitable planet.

I'm pretty intrigued by what we've seen so far. I'll hold my excitement for a while longer though, I was excited for The Dark Knight Rises and felt really let down. So I'll hope this is a return to form for Nolan.

The hype for TDKR was ungodly though.
I enjoyed it a lot, but I was also aware that it would never live up to TDK.

Anyway, let's not derail it too much.
I'm also trying to keep my expectations in check, but I gotta say this is one of my greater passions, and seeing it being realized on the big screen will be a dream come true for me, so it's hard for me not to be overly excited.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'll definitely be going to see it (maybe IMAX - bit of a journey though).
I'm certain it'll be better than good - I mean, even though I didn't love TDKR, I still liked it.

Apart from anything else, the more original, intelligent movies we get, the better. And original and intelligent are what Nolan gives us.

Y'know, talking about this has actually increased my excitement for the movie!

Haha that's good to hear.
I hope this movie sells a decent amount of tickets, we definitely do not have an abundance of intelligent movies as it is.
Not that I can't enjoy movies like Avengers, but there are so many of those movies these days.
Just like the gaming industry is infested with shooters.

Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn! Not after what he did with The Dark Knight Rises. Hmpf even Superman got Nolanized.

Please don't call me Dear...

And Nolanized? I have no idea what you are talking about. He was the producer on Man of Steel, not the director.
So even if he did have a final say on the movie, there's no way he could've altered to the point of your "nolanization"
And TDKR was an awesome movie again I have no earthly clue of what you are talking about.
Any chance you were a huge fan of the avengers?

Besides, TDKR has nothing in common with Interstellar, it makes no sense to base your expectations on this one with TDKR in mind.
Fair enough that the movie doesn't interest you, but basing your lack of expectations for the movie because of TDKR makes no sense.

Not really.

I'm starting to feel like a lot of sci-fi ideas are getting recycled and reused.

I don't watch Movies. At least not those in this Day and Age. The Film Industry these Days is a joke, and each of the Movies made are so filled with that CGI and Other crap they Use Today...*sighs*...Just not My cup of Tea.
