Hina Cherī
"huh...I don't think I know this place" she said as she approached the shrine.
Ugh I lost my way again she thought. I guess I'll have to fly to get back to the valley.
I hope people don't notice me she thought darkly. I hope nobody does see me. she thought with a smile.

Yasu was on a stroll, a cigarette between his lips as always. His legs led him to a shrine. He wasn't very fond of shrines, mainly because he would bore his socks off if there wasn't a festival or an exorcism in action. It was somewhat amusing seeing the shrine maidens or priests swing around that stick with paper attached to it to do your so called 'exorcism' yelling words that was to ward off evil spirits.
Evil spirits my ass. Yasu smirked to himself.

The man continued walking towards the building, stopping at the entrance. He breath out a thin line of smoke.
"This is boring," he whined.

GUREN

It was supposed to be a fresh day; and nothing ruins a fresh day more than the smell of smoke. Second-hand smoke. Strolling up beside him, Guren went for his cigar.

"Look who it is; ruining my peace as always."

Hearing a familiar voice, Yasu instinctively turned around and took a step back, avoiding the snatch.
"Well, lookie here," an amused tone, "Good day, Guren," the man said, knowing full well how much his acquaintance disliked the smell of his cigarette. It was just.. To throw her off a little that he acted as if nothing is wrong, though there isn't any problem for him.

GUREN

Feeling the blow of toxins onto her face, she snorted in disgust. "Lookie here?" A short laugh erupted from her poised lips.

"Lookie, lookie, lookie~" She mocked.

"You seem to be in a good mood," Yasu said, placing the cigarette between his fingers and shaking off the burnt ashes of the stick before putting it back to his lips for a wiff. He breath out, slowly, the smoke escaped from his lips.

GUREN

"Good day to you too, shark boy. " Guren replied, hands now stuffed into pockets, arching her back until she heard the definitely crack before settling her weight back onto a shrine lamppost. With a yawn, she fanned away the smoke, albeit displeasingly.

"Ever realize that you smell like shit, Yasu?"

There was a slight displeasure on Yasu's expression as she called him by a nickname, he shrugged it off with a long breath of smoke. A wide grin appeared on his face as she spoke, commentating on the smell.
"You remind me every time, sweetie."

GUREN

Catching his almost microscopic glimpse of disapproval, Guren returned his grin with a playful smirk of her own. Unable to keep still, she pushed herself off of the post, stretching in the process. The crackling of her joints, were ones that gave her great pleasure through the events of this foggy morning.

"That's too bad; and I thought I smelt like cherry blossoms." Her statement was accompanied with a nonchalant shrug.

¤Haruna Mikami¤

For some reason the days have felt strange as of late. My soul is still of the same wavelength, but I can't say what is disturbing me. But as a reaper all worries must be cast aside for the soul snatching at hand.
I came here on such a murky evening in search of recent activity of souls of pure evil. As ordered by Master Death I need to get rid of the demons that reside in holy areas. I suppose the reason behind this would be the chi- but he never explained.
Regardless, as I approached the shrine I noticed two unfamiliar figures talking. I suppose seeing death walk right by would give a bad impression, so I quickly disguised myself as a shrine maiden, making my scythe look like a exorcism wand. I wasent afraid If I was caught, but I still had to be cautious.

Yasu chuckled as he enjoyed one last puff before dropping the cigarette butt to the ground and stomped on it.
"You're right, they don't smell that great," he snickered, reaching in his coat pockets to take out a lighter and another packet of cigarettes.
The man sensed a presence nearby, but he completely ignored it. He had no interest in small fries right now.

GUREN

"Tsk, tsk, tsk." Guren scolded, with a lift of an eyebrow. After a moment's pause, she licked her lips, simultaneously running a hand through the silk threads of snow-white hair. The Izayoi smell was pungent.

"Always ready to ruin my fun eh?" Knowing how uninterested this shark boy gets, she doesn't like it when others watch her play.

"That's too bad, I was all ready to try out some new... techniques." It came out an elegant, frozen whisper, the glint of savage barbarity threatening to spill from her eyes.

"Oh, so you're not treating me to a meal?" Yasu asked, raising a brow. He brought a cigarette stick to his lips and lit the end.
A smile of satisfaction curled his lips as he breath in the 'fresh' toxins. He breath out a thin line of smoke.
"I'm in a generous mood, today," He chimed, a hint of mockery to his voice. Generous enough to not cause trouble-- is what he meant.

GUREN

"Very generous indeed. What a lucky lil' creature, she is." Her tongue slashed across her lips again as Guren tilted her head, staring him straight in the eye. The look was pure hollow, ringed only by gleams of impassive annoyance.

"I was gonna treat you to some freshly killed rabbit." Inching in closer, lips almost pressing to the tip of his ear, she whispered; hot breath tickling his ears.

"Or would you like fish soup instead, shark boy?"
