Have you ever showed someone you dislike or hate, kindness? Like still doing them favors or generally being nice while they be terribly rude?

Well, I decided to stop doing that to see what would happen and how I would feel.

My super visor is a retarded loser, and I let his terror end by letting I'm get himself fired. The manager told me to tell everyone in the back room that doing "X" is terrible, and everyone should stop doing it. I told them to spread the message(I knew they wouldn't), but not everyone was present, like the idiot super visor.

I knew that the super visor would be doing X and that he really shouldn't be doing it, everyone on my team does it except me, they never follow the rules, but last week was the day it would stop for good, and management meant it. I was kinda jittery on lunch break, as I saw the manager walking to the back room, I was almost tempted to follow to see what happened, but I didn't. I decided the whole, "Oh my gosh, they didn't tell you?!" Routine would work nicely rather than being back there and strangely not saying anything.

He got fired, and it was preventable... I just didn't do anything, I didn't like him, and I didn't want him around, so why keep him around? He told me his story of how bad he needed the job, how he's on welfare and in poverty in a bad neighborhood and pays child support, how he didn't eat on his lunch breaks because he was so poor, how he takes the bus to work once a week and walks 6 days a week for 4.4 miles, etc. But I didn't care about how he would make it, maybe he won't? Heheheheh....

EDIT: This part was snipped.

This is an interesting topic, because to the majority, it paints me as some conniving devilish, wicked freak. But in actuality, I didn't cause any of these things to happen, I just think there are people not worth saving. And there are.

How about you, dear reader, do you sometimes not help people when you know you can? Are there people you won't pull up if they are dangling off a death-drop?

I wasn't always like this, but since 2 months ago, I am!

EDIT: Note! it appears that people ignored the warning signs and ventured into territory not created with their feelings in mind, you'll have to excuse those people who don't possess logic, but ideals in their place.

Thank you if you're still reading through all this crud! You have a lot of patience! Let's get this thread back on track!

you're pretty evil, that's all I have to say.

Especially when on your bio you have " I love to help others around me"

hypocrite at it's finest.

I choose to treat people the way they treat me. That way, people get what they deserve. I used to be a very nice person until people starting treating me like crap. So if you're nice to me, I'll be nice back, and if you're mean to me, I'll be mean back. Why should we be nice to people if they don't deserve it?

I can be nice, but you never want to make me angry. I wouldn't even look at you and your face, because of how disrespectful you chose to be. On top of that, I won't apologize until you do so. That's how I always am, ever since I was young.

If you were dangling off a death drop, and I could save you.....I wouldn't.

Not that I'm necessarily cruel, evil, or like seeing people in pain. I just don't care. It'd be like watching a rabbit being hunted by a wolf. You're the rabbit. Gravity is the wolf. The ground at the end of the fall is the wolf's teeth. If I were to help you, by pulling you up, or hinder you, by stepping on your hand or cutting the rope, it would either be because of curiosity or a random whim.

That's your job though. These animals are being euthanized commonly for the fact that they are in great pain or with a terminal disease. What looks wrong from your perspective is actually something that is doing these little guys a favour. If life exists beyond the mortal world, I like to think these guys go to a wonderful place. You aren't death, you're just doing your job

thats not always the case though. a lady brought in a cat to be euthanized because it pissed on the carpet once. a lot of animals get put down simply because they dont feel like having that animal anymore and im stuck holding it down...

You're just trying to sound macho over the internet, let's be honest. Obviously if someone was in dire need of help you wouldn't just stand there, stop talking smack, pretending to be a psychopath or evil in general isn't a cool attitude.

If an owner is willing to kill an animal over something so minor, you can bet your ass it would have had an awful life living in the circumstances created by those owners. Might sound mean, but you're doing it a favour.

I just said I'm not necessarily evil, Sherlock. Rather, thanks to the Bystander Effect, it's likely I would just stand there, and likely you would too. At least if other people were around. Ooooh, psychology.

Also, macho? Not at all. I'm a coward. I'll admit to it. I have admitted to it. Now then, shall you try to insult and confront me again, like you just did for no reason? Yes? No?

You sound like me, If I saw people attacking someone in an alley or something I would just walk on, I don't think it would even bother me either.
