Yusaku Godai from Maison Ikkoku is one of them.

One of the most realistic, funny, relatable, touching and endearing characters from one of the greatest mangas ever written.

Either Rin Okumura from Blue Exorcist or Haru Yoshida from Tonari No Kaibutsu-kun. I'm a fan of characters I can relate to in some aspects.

Yuuhi from The Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer. There are so many things I can say about this character. He's so fantastic to watch grow and develop on multiple levels. He's this world-weary cynic who was abused as a child, and seeing him keeping people at arms' length is just heartbreaking, but you understand why he does it. His pact with Sami is dark and gleeful, like a suicide pact in reverse, and he throws himself full-bodied into it, putting all his energy into the terrible deed that the pair are keeping secret. He has this hilarious deadpan where he casually mocks the tropes the reader would expect of the story, but eventually embodies those very tropes himself as he learns to love the world he lives in. Even though he's agreed to one day destroy the world - even though he's a cynic who was once terrified of forming any kind of emotional bond - he's never unkind to the people around him, and always goes along with whatever's happening. He's so adorably in love with Sami but the relationship never feels forced. I feel that he's one of the deepest characters in fiction that I've had the fortune to experience, and he taught me a lot about myself.
