So I keep getting charged twice for an anime subscription.

Yes I have contacted crunchyroll and they told me they will investigate.
No nothing has every happened every time I contacted crunchyroll.
No I do not have multiple accounts.

I have cancelled my subscription, waited a while then again bought the anime subscription. But every bloody time I did this I keep getting charged twice.

MOD OR SOMEONE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT!!!! This is kind of throwing off my budgeting for my funds for things to spend on :/

It might be your bank as well. Some banks charge twice, then put the second charge back into the account. Why they do this I have no idea.

When was the last time you talked with customer support? What method of payment are you using (no details: PayPal, iTunes, Credit Card, etc.)?

By the way, mods won't have any more power helping you with a billing issue than a regular user like me. They only manage the forums, and nothing else.

Could you possibly help me with something. Cannot start a forum thread. But I use to use another account besides this one now I'm using this one and I want to skip the free trial and actually pay 6.95$ a month but I cannot get to the place to do that because the free trial keeps on popping up when I want to go pay for it.

Depending on which one you want: Anime or All-Access.

Edit: whoops, thought I grabbed the payment links, grabbed the 3 month links instead, that is my bad.

I hve just renewed my "anime membership" cost 6.99$ Through my iTunes subscribe like i always do!!

And it
Ends Mar 15,2015

So
I'm Trying to login like i do normally in apple tv and
Weirdly

give me this msg:


wrong account type
"Sorry, you need an anime or all-access membership account."

can someone tell me why? and what to do!!!

It appears that for some reason, the payment information from iTunes didn't make it through to CR, as your profile still shows a normal (non-premium) account.

Fixed, at least for the time being. Please check if the recurring settings are still properly on over at iTunes.
