I practice kendo 3-4 times a week. I used to go to the gym every day, but I was injured a few months ago and then got lazy. I really should get back since I'm a.) paying for it and; b.) healed.

I avoid it like the plague.

I think exercise is the most boring thing for a human to do. I would only exercise if it means I can have fun with the exercise (no not sex, I meant like playing tennis or dancing to music videos xD)

Every day. I do pushups, situps, squats in the morning before I leave for the day, and then in the afternoon/night when I get home I do some martial arts, running, or crunches.


I switch it up everyday so I don't burn out.

I got a physical job that is considered exercise in my opinion. Other than that i run 2-3 miles at a time maybe 3 times a week. Keeps me at my current 150-155 5'10 stature

Depending on my goals, I lift weights 3-5 times a week. For cardio I do high intensity interval training (my preferred form is sprinting) on a treadmill that has no motor (see here: http://www.woodway.com/performance/curve_performance.html).

And speaking of lifting, I'm just about to go to the gym

Never, at least not in many years. I used to do indoor rock climbing, but I don't have any gyms for that nearby.

5 days a week 1 hour each, 20mins cardio 40mins muscles, at the gym, more when I do hockey, pinp pong or basketball
