I try to exercise frequently. When I'm well, I go mountain biking weekly and swimming a couple of times a week, plus dog walking. Even on days I don't feel like I want to, I never regret it and feel better afterwards

I eat healthy and use the stairs etc...but I don't go out of my way to "work out". Comicaly I still look way more fit than many

I mean, I sure as heck don't eat the best. *Which I should get in the habit of doing*
But I try to workout at least two hours a day. And a day of recovery.

I pretty much have a gym in my basement so yeah... I workout 5-6 times a week.

It's always an option because spiders can hide anywhere and get you when you least expect it.

You can also get a good workout if you check under heavy things or cover a large area in a short amount of time.

About 5-7 hours a week. Once break starts I'll be able to increase my weights/cardio

I run or roller blade but just whenever I feel like or need to get my mind off things. Oh and I suppose I walk a couple miles at school everyday.

I exercise everyday, mainly jogging/running or elliptical , sit ups, push ups, squats, lift light weights (don't really want to gain much muscle, just stay thin XD)

If I'm really in the mood to do some exercise yeah.. I sort of want to start getting into it more often though because I think I'm getting a bit chubby! I only weigh 58kg but still, you never know.

Two times a day I walk my dog. That I consider "frequently".
