So today when I try opening up Crunchyroll on my PS3

I get this wonderful error.

Error

Unable to connect to Crunchyroll. Please check your network connection and settings and relaunch the app.

My connection is fine, I'm signed into PS Network, and I'm Subscription is still current. So what's going on preventing me from opening it?

I'm having the same problem. Tried to launch it like 5 times with no luck. Works fine on my phone though.

Same here.

I've restart the app 5 times then restarted the PS3 with no change.

I also re-installed the app with the same error.

I just turned on my ps3 for the first time in the past 4 months, wanted to watch One Piece and got this error.

Good to know it wasn't my connection but the app itself that's having trouble.

Fuaaaark! I'm really glad someone started a thread on this. I thought my ps3 was just old and crappy. I hadn't used mine for almost two years! Lol

Well at least I'm not the only one having the same issue about it.

Just wish there was some kinda response from their support section.

If this not resolved in a timely manner I'm done with this site and will end my subscription only reason I have it to begin with is just to watch shows my TV. I guess I'll have to stop being lazy and hook up a computer to my TV and watch it that way.

In times like this that's what I do. I just prefer using the PS3 because it doesn't show the watermarks that the web version displays. But yea these issues are annoying especially as a paid subscriber.

This issue is still happening. Has anyone placed a ticket about this yet? I will be placing a ticket and see what they tell me. When I normaly put one in they just ask me to check my internet even though that is not the issue I have. If the application was not buggy on my Xbox I would watch it there but now the PS3 is having issues. Here is hoping they can get this resolved because I do not like wasting money on something I am unable to use......

Has anyone else noticed that PS3 is no longer listed under "Platforms and Devices" at the bottom of the screen?
