Eat high protein foods and do strength building. You'll put on muscle weight.

Will get onto that, have given it a try and it just shows very little progress and I gave up.. Will need to to give it my all.. Thanks for the advice and will work on it for sure.. :D

For that to work you must also focus more on strength and power. For strength you execute 8-12 reps per set with a weight high enough that the max reps you could do in a set would be no more than 16. After building strength you can start to convert some of those fibers into quick-twitch fibers by focusing on plyometric training. This will not only have you put on mass but it will put on functional mass which can also go toward increasing your speed.


As for me I feel inferior every time I regress. I don't want to be inferior to myself; I want to always be at my peak, or rather I don't want to have a peak at all and always move forward.

I'm not tall enough, I'm not fast enough, I don't have what it takes, I can't stay healthy (injury-free)... I don't completely block that out but I listen to what others say about me and try to improve what I can or otherwise overcome.

There are times i feel inferior and times i feel superior. It's mostly based on my mind overthinking things and creating a false image of what i'm really experiencing. Aah the struggle...

I've been sitting here trying to think of something to respond with, but I simply can't. I rarely experience feelings of inferiority or inadequacy. That's not to say that I'm blind to my own strengths and weaknesses, but I don't seem to experience intense feelings regarding the latter of the two. I've never had a personal weakness stand in the way of something that I wanted to do; when I encounter a personal weakness, I calmly work towards addressing it and move on.

I was diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder at the age of 10-11, but I was quickly able to bring that under control. It's an integral part of me now; If anything, I've learned how to use it as a strength.

MY general problem has always been the way I presented myself and the way I talked to others I always sound mad or like I got a problem with someone and my filter is kinda bad so i'll just let something slip and offended somebody if I know it or not. And I was always told I had a mean looking face or more like a talk to me and im smack the shit out you type look is what I was told once from a very good friend when I asked him what he thought when she first saw me.
