What do you do to stay fit?

As the thread title suggests, what do you do to stay fit?

Whether you're a student whose crouched over a desk and/or laptop all day everyday, or your work life heavily revolves around the use of computers, or you're simply into sedentary activities like gaming or watching anime, how do you stay fit/healthy?

I do some exercises at home like push-ups and crunches, eat healthy, and get to places by walking. I'm not trying to get ripped or anything like that; I just don't want to feel like crud. "Healthy body healthy mind" and the such.

I stay fit by typing on a keyboard.. hahaha. Nah.. I used to be really into working out.. Kinda want to start working out more again..

I like to swim, mostly for fun though. The fitness part is an added bonus.

If you ask anyone in my family they'll tell you i eat like a horse. But i stay at my 150lbs. o_0

Get a good amount of sleep. Your body burns calories in your sleep. Annnd i lift stuff at my job all day,

Nothing for few last weeks as I have prolonged cold, but when I feel fine by working out/running 4-5 times a week. I study computers and I'm on computer at home most of the time so that helps me well to stay in a good shape.

Use to do a lot of sport, 3 times 2 hours for basketball or soccer or hockey each week (depends on season), 2 lots of 2 hours flooorball walk my dog hour each day now I only do the walk dog for an hour each day But still eat the same as before so Im gaining wait a bit fast, I've started running 5k's though, hopefully i can keep with it, I eat terribly, well I hate lollies but farking love eating meat in large quantities. If you have swimming facilities near you thats the best way to keeep fit and have fun!

I've stopped eating junk food and sugary drinks and dairy products. I'll start swimming soon.
