I do not do anything to stay fit, but I do end up doing things to stay sexy. Get at me ladies.

I have good genetics and I never miss a day of going for walks. I used to go swimming too a lot but it's expensive here to go the public pool everyday. I also don't eat much junk food. Never eat out at fast food restaurants.

Football, Volleyball, running and the gym mainly but a lot of my time goes into physical activities. I don't altogether watch a whole lot of anime but I love it none the less.

I walk the one flight of stairs up to my cubicle instead of taking the elevator.

Nothing...?

Wish I had time to exercise, as I really miss rock climbing, but I haven't been able to do that for years now.

I'm still not fully recovered for it but quite possibly the most efficient thing to get my whole body moving and my heart pumping is the Power Clean & Press. Doing it with a lower weight can still have you sucking air and it engages your muscles from your lower legs through your core and into your neck/shoulders.

An easy way to cut kilocalories would be to stop drinking sodas or at least limit yourself to one a day. Also make sure you are well hydrated, you will feel much better and will be more likely to exercise. When I was doing my full training periods and intensity I would drink 2-3 gallons of water per day. Just keep in mind the amount varies with your weight. At that time I was a 270-280lb 3-technique tackle. There should be charts to look up online but if you don't look it up a general rule is that your urine shouldn't yellow the toilet water much at all.

If you need another reason to stay hydrated... reduce the chance of KIDNEY STONES.

I eat all natural, low-fat humans. I get my cardio chasing them. I do strength training by bench pressing Cthulhu. Then I take a small arts and crafts break by molding horrific Eldritch artifacts out of human bones. If I'm not feeling the burn enough at that point, I take a jog through the Pleasant Valley of Unending Paradise.*

I go on 2 year training session with my sensei....but in reality I just go on a run every once in awhile and maybe hit the gym when I'm not feeling lazy.
