I have a pedometer and I try to average over ten-thousand steps a day. The guy who created the "Anime on DVD" website got me into that years ago. http://walkertracker.com/.... Today I got in 19,156 steps. I've also been trying to get a 5K in after work every other day or more.... I can't run the whole distance but I've gotten pretty close a few times.

I used to do a 5K or more after work every night and I could do it in around 25 minutes or less, I'd like to get back in that good of shape.

I do a little bit of weight training now and then.
I also try to watch how much I eat.

Smoke a lot, drink a lot, eat lots of junk food, sit a lot, sleep a lot.

I'm surprised I'm not like 300 lbs, since the only exercise I get is fighting invisible ninjas... aka normal ninjas

I try to play sports when I can, mainly basketball but recently I've been learning to play soccer and that involves a ton of running so it's really good cardio. Other than that I really don't go out of my way to keep fit...sometimes I'll go to a friend's house to work out since he has equipment in his garage but that's not often. I also skate (skateboard) but I don't really feel like that helps me to stay fit at all.

The best way to stay fit: dancing and....you know, that thing couples do when they're alone.

But I have no bf so I have to go to the gym I also drink a lot of homemade green juice (broccoli, kale, lemons, celery, spinach, parsley, wheatgrass) and spirulina everyday.

I'm used to eating spinach in order to have a constant weight. I used to weight 220 back on June, now I weight 208
