okay so i used to use an iPhone 4s till today and the app worked perfectly on HD but today i got my iPhone6+
and the app works but just zooms it in even when watching a video look blurry !!
please update the app so iPhone 6+ users can enjoy our membership too

is any moderator or staff going to reply if the update is soon? because its really annoying to pay for "HD anime" when i cant watch it HD 1080p thats the new resolution for iPhone 6+ but the video playback looks like only lets 720p out
so PLEASE UPDATE DE iOS APP

the mobile apps don't support such a high resolution whether the screen resolution is or not

The videos are blurry?

Please open the Crunchyroll App.

Step 1) Go to Settings in the app.
Step 2) Tap and hold anywhere on the settings screen. A secret menu should appear.
Step 3) Set "Fixed video quality" to on.

That should solve the issue with blurry playback.

As for 1080P video quality, I'm afraid our Android and iOS apps currently only support 480P. We're working on bringing HD to the apps, but I have no information as to when exactly this will happen.

I thought the general Android app was only 360p.

As for the iOS app, I've gotten different answers from Bjaker (480p) vs. BasouKazuma (720p).

Hmm, interesting. It seems everyone has different answers. I'll email our engineers later on tonight and will edit my post once I get some clear information.
