For the sake of confusion and time wasting, not too many stats.

Strength – indicates the physical strength of a character. It determines the amount of physical damage you can deal in the enemy. Strength is required on items which have a heavy weight to carry or handle

Agility – indicates the speed of the character in attacking and determine the evasion or dodge rate of a character

Intelligence – determine the maximum mana of a character. Some higher level magic requires high intelligence

Wisdom – (according to A Guy in the blog) As for wisdom: I think of this as reducing MP casting cost and increasing regeneration (where Intelligence increases total MP and regeneration). Wisdom also helps increase chance of spells going right, increases effect of some spells, and can take the driving place instead of intelligence for some types of magic (eg, druidic). I can’t remember if Moonlight Sculptor ever lays out the effect of Wisdom well.

Luck – (according to A Guy in the blog) Increases chances of good things happening. EG, if a good event has a 2% chance of success but you have amazing luck it might be much higher actually. I also think that luck affects how the AI treats you in general.

Stamina – determines how long your energy last in a battle or an activity in the game. If its low you are easy to get tired on the game

Dexterity in RR is involved in the accuracy with which you can do things. A tailor is more likely to make neat stitches, a sculptor can make cleaner cuts, etc.

Loyalty – has a great similarity on charisma and attractiveness because these stats determine the good attitude and impression of npc around you…

Leadership -this stat only increase if you lead a group of npc for expedition(like punitive force), managing a city/village, depending a city in a siege or anything which let you led a group of npc. The higher the leadership the higher the max number of npc that will obey your command. When weed lead the orcs during the battle with the dark elves some of the orcs dont listen to him because his leadership is not enough to command the whole army of orcs so he can only command a number of orcs that suits the amount of his leadership stat.

Charisma – this stat increase when you have motivated a group of npc. When weed speak a motivating speach on the punitive force when a group of goblins attack the roseinhim soldiers his charisma increase. The higher the charisma the better the impression of npc in your leadership or your character.

Faith – you can only get this stat if you have a job or a quest related to any church(e.g. church of freya).
Some quest, items or skill required a certain amount of faith before you can acquire, use or obtain it.

Attractiveness – the higher this stat the better your physical appearance become. If art stat can make girls give favor on you this stat can make you get a favor in both male and female npc especially to the officer npc on a village/town/city/kingdom. This stat is important to dancers
