Are any of you night owls? How late do you usually stay up? If you are a night owl, what are your reasons for staying up late? I'm curious to see who all is a night owl on here, and why you are a night owl. I am definitely a night owl lol.. Current time.. 4:42 AM.. lol. Even from a young age, I have always been somewhat of a night owl. I will put more input on my reasons and such as people comment.

I'm a night owl, but strictly for professional reasons. I work the graveyard shift 11pm to 7am. So I'm paid to be up at this time. Otherwise I'd be sleep right now. Right now it's 5:05 AM, so I'm pretty sure you and I are in the same time zone.

I work 7pm-3am. Eastern Timezone. I usually stay up till about 9 or 10 AM after work. I never planned for my sleep schedule to be like that xD i wanted to do stuff in the afternoons instead of the mornings but..... that's just the way my body wants me to do things i guess.

Edit: My days off are usually Wednesday/Saturday. <--- Wish i worked 4 10s

I LOVE this time of the Day Man...I'm at School and Work during basically every waking Hour of the Day, and although it plagues My insomnia, I dedicate most Late Night/Early Morning Hours to Myself and just kicking back to relax. Even when I have to get up early the next Day, which is basically EVERY Day.

Oh Well! I just love this time...It's so calm and tranquil.

Unfortunately, I'm a full time student so I have to wake up bright and early. But generally I am a night owl. Even on those pesky school nights. It's a burden, but caffeine exists. Right? Maybe not good for my still-developing body, but... "Yolo"? Besides, I feel the most inspired and motivated after hours anyway.

It's currently 4:30 AM and I haven't slept yet. 8D Well, I guess technically 3:30, because I'm on vacation in another state at the moment.

I usually sleep at 1AM or 2AM.

If I sleep at 10PM, i wake up at 1AM and stay awake until 9AM... -____- stupid body. (I know the reason why it's like this though, i'm not doing enough physical activities).

Bloody insomniac, sleep when I can, and work by day. It takes its toll.

6:49AM here. Only awake because of work. Only a few more hours left.

I've always been a night owl. Even as a child, I'd frequently stay up until 2am-3am reading books. These days, I'm able to keep a night schedule as I get to make my own hours as a writer/musician. Being bipolar also helps out with bizarre sleep schedules.

I'm up at them at like 3:50 or 4:00 everyday so I'm not a late night guy but a morning guy.

I can be a night owl. I used to work backshifts all the time. 11pm - 7am.
The worst was when they'd give me double backshift on the weekends and then switch me to 11am-7pm on Monday.
Then they'd wonder why I was a zombie.

I prefer keeping a regulated sleep cycle.
I feel better that way.
And I like getting up early in the mornings. I like how calm the ocean looks as the sun comes up.
