Have you tried subscribing through the Compare Plans link from the bottom of the page?

Hi there!

You can purchase an Anime Premium Membership by clicking the following link:

There's an issue with the comparison page where users get looped into the trial sign-up page, but can't continue with that either since they already had a trial recently. The problem should be fixed by the end of the week, but for now we have to direct them to the main purchase page.

I kinda noticed that just a couple minutes ago. When opening that page in an incognito window (logged out), I saw the skip free trial link, but not while logged in.

Did you figure it out? Your account seems to be properly premium.

I've been trying to fix this same problem for the last 14 hours. crunchyroll keeps telling me it's my banks fault. and they say that no transactions(besides netflix) was attempted recently.
although it doesn't redirect me like you it just denies me(but it for some reason claims i attempted to get free premium when at the compare payment plan site)

Oh, now I know why it fails. You're being fucked over by Nets A/S, the semi-monopoly credit card provider in Denmark.
They have blocked all our transactions without providing a reason, and their website is in Danish and does not seem to have any contact form for this kind of issue.

What you can do is using your CC as the payment source for PayPal and then simply subscribe using PayPal.

...i just really hate paypal. i hate i more than r*pe...(sad thing is i'm not kidding).
i think paypal is a moronic idea and i don't know why it is so popular...also i keep forgetting my password since never use it other than once every 4 years and it afterwards always gets jacked.

Well, you could try helping me to get a direct contact to Nets A/S, an email address or English speaking rep. Otherwise I can't resolve it from my end.

I've been poking around myself, they do have a english version but it does seem to be mainly for show.

and the danish one is freakishly jumbled up.(although many contacts are given idk which this falls under. but about 95 % of all danish people do speak/writte english(i would assume))

But from what i've gathered net wants private bussines to contact teller.com(i'm sorry but it's getting late and i'm too honestly to deal with that website atm.)
I hope that helps if not i can try to take another look at it in the morning. even if it is a labyrinth.

I wrote to the form listed on Teller, but even that one was more aimed at Danish businesses. Let's see if they reply.

Just guessing... it could be that someone (other than the people who frequent these forums) has heard about the frequently-compromised accounts (but it's always the user's fault), anti-intuitive security practices, forcing subscribers to keep their card number on file so an intruder can use it in the store, and/or the "We said you could cancel your free trial at any time but you can't" scam.

Financial service providers don't tend to like other people screwing their customers... that's their turf.

Foreign currency transactions always receive more scrutiny. We don't have billing in Danish krones, so things are complicated in first place.
