With CR becoming an archive of personal info, I don't see this one asked so why not.

What is your political party, and why?

Meh I hate politics. I tend to stay away from it all. Never voted never will. Was forced to sign up for a party by my family when I turned 18 needless to say I gave them a piece of my mind once I was able to move out. As for a party I don't claim myself as anything.

independant. people who vote for a party rather than the individual are bottom feeders who are too lazy or stupid to bother with something like making an educated decision.

To me, politics is an alien world of mirrors. Just about all political parties seem to be mirror-images of each other, and how they tend to constantly morph doesn't aid in clarification. Plus, the scheming, double-talk, etc... Ugh. I lack the patience and smarts to decipher it all, and I don't want to. The closest I am is Independent, though that isn't saying much.

I'm a Democrat I guess. Republicans are like aliens to me, partially because I don't get the whole image and front they put on, but there are some equally wack Democrats.

I'm not very political party minded, but I am pretty political, which is weird because I don't care about it. But I am your standard Northeasterner. Democrat, Catholic, and usually not very devoted to either lol

I'm not the biggest fan of politics. If I had to say, my views are more in line with Democrats. There are somethings that they do that I don't like but I'd still lean towards them than Republicans. I'm just a guy from the Northern Star State. As long as shit is getting done with reasonable means and goals, I don't really care.

I'm a Republican American - if we're asking about party affiliation. I believe in limited government, lower taxes, less involvement in people's lives. I'm also pro-life, so that tends to keep me over in the GOP camp too.

Though, if we start arguing instead of merely stating what party we're in - this could turn into an "Extended Discussion."

Uh, I'm quite interested in politics but since I don't live in the US I'm afraid I don't really have a lot to say about your guys system at all.

Although for the Netherlands oh boy. Some stuff's got to change here.

I would probably fall into a Republican American category as I too believe in limited government and definitely less involvement in people's lives. However when it comes to voting I wouldn't just vote republican, I would vote for whoever has the ideas that will help America grow.

I can understand that. I've voted for Republicans, Democrats, Independents, & Libertarians in the past based on who I felt was the best candidate for whatever office they were running for. My default is Republican as that's where my principles tend to lie, but I've seen unprincipled Republicans and voted for others before.

Rick Scott vs Charlie Christ.

Neither of them will get my vote.
