I don't blame you, not at all, but there are too many old and boring men who would be happy to hear a young woman say that.

Im independent both partys tend to have good ideas from time to time that warrant my support but that still doesn't mean they aren't terribly useless and inefficient most of the time

And anyone who doesn't engage in politics for any reason or "stays away from it," you're an idiot. Take your ass to North Korea.

Talkin' real big, eh?

Check back after, oh, 8 or so more election cycles of hitting against the wall and lets see which kind of tune you're whistlin'.

I voted the man who would never get elected because his ideas could nevet get the political backing.

The ones who get elected? Yep the regular a$$hole politician who DO get the backing from all the other a$$holes

Whatdya think the Wall Street protesters were out there, a BBQ party?

I'm a floating voter so I don't have one. I do tend to lean SNP though.

Well, to be fair, the more educated you are, the more likely you are to participate in politics, and less likely you are to be a moderate. I myself don't participate mainly because I don't like thinking about stuff too much. Still, one of the reason why I love the USA is because they don't force me to participate, unlike Australia.

I'm a socialist but I vote Democrat. The US really needs to do something about its low voter turnout. We're letting a small portion of this country decide the future. This is why the retarded Republican party still exists.

I hate politics, and this country, but I realize it might be important to know about it, since it is the country I live in. But, I don't affiliate myself with any political party. Too much conflict.

Most people my age or around my age usually form opinions based on their parents'. AKA ignorance. It bothers me that that happens, and I don't want to be lumped together with them. They literally all think America's a monarchy too and "Obama is ruining our country".

The whole system needs to burn. But anyone who's smart enough to realize that doesn't care enough.
So if you are Republican or Democrat, the chance I will vote for you is zero.

My religious beliefs (Catholicism) are a big factor in my voting decisions. So naturally, I overwhelmingly vote Democrat as nearly all Republican policies are incompatible with my faith. What you see and hear from the more "religious" segment of the GOP might have you believe differently, but it's true.

Politics--and politicians--disgust me.

(While I recognize that, because humans are social animals, government is an inevitability, I consider political parties to be cancerous lesions on an already diseased and infirm societal body.)

U.S. politics. Democrats and Republicans. Both are bad. But it bothers me when people say that one is as bad as the other. It isn't true. If you knew enough, you'd know one is definitely worse. (It is the republicans)
