Hi,

Moved this over to support, since it seemed like a support question. Have you looked at /forumtopic-806771/whats-going-on-with-ios, about the mature rating filter? If you're on an iOS device, it checks that before allowing mature rated shows (Apple is funny about what they'll let you stream under what rating in the AppStore, having a flag like that helps matters). I believe Sony also checks it, but I'm not sure about the other devices.

Also, making sure the app is up to date is always a good idea.

Hope that helps,
-Makoto

All these things i have done, including clearing the cache, logging out and back in. I do have the latest and i am using a Samsung Galaxy S4. And recently on the 21st of Oct. There was an update in the software. How would i go about fixing things to allow mature content to stream?

At this point, if you've set the mature content filter in your video settings to show, the best I can suggest is to Contact Support. I'm not sure what may have changed, but it's possible the update broke something.

I found the issue. I had to go on to the website and set the video to allow the content. Thanks for the suggestion.

Ah, glad it worked! I think I'll move that tip out of the iOS help thread and into general help since it's impacting so many devices now.

EDIT - Made it more obvious here : /forumtopic-784141/common-problems-and-solutions
