I don't think I like any Language more then Japanese.
But then again Japanese is the only Language I understand aside from English.

J.R.R. Tolkien constructed an entire Elvish language to use, sounds great btw. Other than that, part of the reason I like anime and Japan is the language, love the way it sounds.

It depends on the speaker. Almost every language like Arabic, German, French, Italian, etc.

Call it bias on the part of a native speaker, but I actually really like the sound of (North American) English. I hear it called ugly a lot, and languages like French and Spanish lauded for their smoothness; I like English precisely because it isn't smooth nor harsh. It's crisp and unadorned, getting the job done elegantly and without pretense. As a lover of the aesthetics of simplicity and austerity, English suits my tastes quite well.

Japanese is the one I've been most pleased to listen/read to out of other languages I've come across.
Also seem to like Latin quite a bit though.

Dutch. Might come across selfish, but I'm serious.
Hate it when people say Dutch sounds like German, seriously, I'll kill you.

I prefer Japanese or Korean, soothing, elegant, classy, and a nice touch to the ear.

I'm very attached to Hymmnos, a language invented for the Ar Tonelico game series. Of course, the song writers, singers, etc... deserve the credit.
