I read through the series so far recently and loved it! I had been tempted by the first in the series - Rivers of London - after seeing it in my local bookshop for a while and I was glad that I took the plunge. Has anyone else read it or any of its' sequels?

Quick synopsis if you haven't heard of the series: Murder, mystery, humour, adventure, magic, British idiosyncrasies.

Slightly longer synopsis: Metropolitan police officer Peter Grant - after finding himself in the preposterous situation of taking a witness statement from a ghost - discovers that there's more to London's underbelly than just crime... (Spoiler: It's magic. And it means apprentice secret wizard cop time, with a pretty badass master.)

I only just noticed this thread. I've read this and one of the sequels it was good. I like the little bit of London history used in the story and his original ideas of river nymphs.
