Looks good. I'm excited about Doctor Strange. Maybe it's just me, but I rather like the character.

I am a Doctor strange fan, but the Captain Marvel one for me is the winner. I have been a long time fan of Carol.

I'm disappointed there's no Hawkeye or Black Widow movie.

Otherwise yay! I just wish they weren't doing Ant-man, I could care less but all the rest sound awesome!

The interesting point I found, it was that Ant-Man will be the final movie of phase 2.

Hawkeye has never been interesting enough to hold down a solo effort.

No plans for another solo Hulk movie is disappointing.

Yeah, which does make me wonder how it wraps up phase 2 and what phase 2 even was. Phase 1 was Avengers assembled. From what I've seen of Ant Man, he just doesn't look like an interesting hero.

Hawkeye has never been interesting enough? I've heard people say that the current Hawkeye comic is one of the best Marvel has right now. There are PLENTY of people who think he's interesting enough to make a movie of, or maybe have a joint one with Black Widow. He's an assassin essentially, and was a member of SHIELD. The main origin story for him is that he was a orphan and joined a circus with his brother before eventually getting recruited for SHIELD. How is that not interesting? The only reason he's not 'interesting' right now in MCU is because we saw him in Thor briefly, and he was under Loki's control for most of the Avenger's movie, so we barely know his personality other than the sarcasm he displayed in the battle. Fans want to see more of him for that reason.

Yeah, that is true, but since all of the movies do play into each other in some way, they probably don't have a decent solo plot for Hulk.

Be gald they went with the second Ant-man as our lead hero and not the first. Scott Lang fits better with the MCU than Hank Prym.

Ant-Man is an interesting charterer if you understand his importance as a founding Avenger and his relationship with his created son Ultron.

Phase 2 and 3 sounds interesting

One of the biggest problems with the movies right now is I really don't want to see them make Tony Stark the creator of Ultron, because they've done that too many times.

That being said I hope that what they do is have Age of Ultron lead into Ant Man which will explain Hank Pym creating Ultron. Those two movies will probably lead into the Civil war movie as with the advent of more super beings coming out into the open the world governments will pass the law requiring all super humans to register and cast aside their secret identities. Tony and Steve like in the comics will be on opposite sides and lead to the 'Civil War'
Steve will be more willing to fight Tony as they realized that Tony still has trust issues as he had the Hulk Buster Armor in Age of Ultron

The other big problem I have is..... Why no Black Widow or Hawkeye solo movies? Seriously, both characters have big followings and if you can't give individual movies then give them a combined movie. They were basically cast aside in the first Avengers movie, and Hawkeye has gotten zero expansion in the cinematic universe

Anyone else find it odd that it's captain america:Civil war, and not Avengers: Civil war? It'll be pretty hard to do civil war if only cap is in it.

Tony will be the antagonist, and I am betting that this movie will use eater Hawkeye or Black Panther in the role Spider-Man hand in the comic version.

Strange there's no mention of xmen, spiderman or deadpool joining this universe. Also think the infinity war might not be the finale/endgame of the marvel film verse.

Expecting a fourth phase to conclude it outright, though probably leave on a comical cliffhanger as a possible restart/alternate universe.

I could spend hours on the legal red tape that keeps the X-men, Deadpool, and F4 with Fox and Spider-man with Sony.

And Keven Fringe has stated that they have things planed out until 2027 now.

Thanks for info, can just see newspaper headlines or news on tv in corner of screen hint at the other marvel films without using names/too much copyright material. But i can only imagine the waves of red tape just to get a few characters.

Glad to know they're thinking long & hard, while investing effort to the canon of the other films. nice to see it working for the big screen.

The last mention of any Spider-Man involvement was fan rumors that Marvel is trying to work something out with Sony to allow them to use Spider Man in Captain America Civil War

Marvel's response was something along the lines of 'Rumors are just rumors'

That is a nice way to say that it is in the hands of our legal department.
