I'm happy with Barakamon winning best SOL, but I am NOT happy with Hanayamata beating Free! ES. Seriously. It was pretty much K-On! (Or most KyoAni anime) done by MadHouse (and with more dancing and less music).

Oh well.

so you're upset that a KyoAni ripoff beat an actual KyoAni show....... k.

~Best Animation Winner~

Zankyou no Terror (Terror In Resonance)

with 11 Votes

That's...surprising to say the least. Didn't know people thought that the show's animation was that great. Thought it was pretty standard to be honest.

Well, the studio behind this show is founded by a former Madhouse producer, so there's that. The animation was good, but it's still nothing compared to something actually done by Madhouse, which is what I gave my vote to.

A "ripoff" KyoAni show that was better than anything KyoAni themselves put out this year or last year, at that.

I knew it was a long shot when I voted for her, but there's only one best female of the season.

I am INFINITELY entertained that Tatsuya Shiba and Inaho tied for 3rd place together. The robots have united...

(Also glad that Naru won best female character! She was my vote!)

And I'm surprised that Barakamon actually won (pleasantly so)—people really did love it, I guess—as they should.
