Well i wasn't sure were else to post this, but i was wondering why we don't have this option on our profiles, not only could people see want you have watched and if you liked it or not. but if you go and come back and for get what you where watching this could be very use full as well.
Well thanks ahead of time for listening to my concerns/suggestion.

It would be nice.

Yeah, I guess that would be helpful, but isn't that why they have "queues"? I guess you could have it on your profile so people can see what type of anime you like...

I think I remember back a few years ago where they had a small list of maybe 3 you could post on your profile to show others what you were watching, planning to watch, etc...

NOTE: The queue can only be seen by you.

If you're streaming off Crunchyroll's web site and using the Chrome web browser, there is a plugin that marks recently watched shows:

- CR Queue.0
- https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cr-queue0/onkdfchaiebkbhlbcdgbemkblolppign?hl=en-US

Current Features:

- Auto-play episodes in near fullscreen
- Mark shows as 'watched' and hide them in the list
- Receive notifications
- Receive and reply to PM's
- Watch forum threads for activity
- Hide specific users' forum posts
- New posts and replies are added dynamically to watched threads
- Inline quoting and editing of posts.

Not a total solution, but if you're using Chrome, this plug-in is nice and the "watched" feature works great. Plus, you can block other forum users and their douchebaggery when they spin out of control.

Example of the "Watched" button via the Chrome plug-in:

/EDIT ... actually, the watched feature of that Chrome plug-in does not do what you're looking for. Sorry about that... I miss read your original post.

unless you want to show others what you are watching as stated above, most of the apps, roku, droid ect... already have a history tab/ funcion built in.

I don't know if we need one, but it might be cool. As it is, I just have a link to MyAnimeList.

So pretty much you want some feature that shows on our profiles what we have watched recently?

You can access your own episode watch history here: /home/history
You can keep track of what you watch by putting the series into your queue: /home/queue

There isn't an easy way to share your history with others, but it can be done a couple of ways.

You can keep track of series watched on an external site like
myanimelist.net
hummingbird.me
anime-planet.com
animenewsnetwork.com
and post a link to one of those on your profile page.

Or you can create a history page yourself and manually update it using bbcode here: /user/ixidorninjade/pages

But yes, I agree it would be nice to have something easier to share with others... I have a lot more to say about that here:

I think it's little things like this that aren't needed, but would be nice to have, it could be the last watched anime or the last couple, just would be a neat feature.

There used to be one on CR when I first joined. Unlike MAL you couldn't post what you saw off-CR on that list account CR's word check software. If the show was never, ever aired on CR the only way you could reveal your recent preference was in your profile wordage. I found these old page(s) to be awkward and cumbersome as time went by. It amounted to more secretarial makework keeping which episodes watched re what show current. You had the option of compliing all your CR show watches via "Most Favorite" to Not the Most Fav" which was fun the first season or two but after a while it became burdensome.

It used to be post 1-25 favorite shows, your rank order, your comments. Well, this is somewhat similar to MAL and I think that's why it eventually got tanked. It wasn't accessible by anyone if you posted it as a private viewing....heck, you can do this now if you wish on your profile page. You can set it up to show anyone and everyone who happens to be curious enough about you or your internet persona what CR shows you're into or not.
