Ignorant hate is not truly hate, it's just idiocy manifesting itself.

"Ignorant hate is not truly hate, it's just idiocy manifesting itself."
Wise statement, or incorrect?

Well yeah.. It may be idiocy manifesting itself, but when you are a victim of that ignorant hate, it isn't so easy to say it "is not true hate".. I would agree with this statement though, outside of that.

Oh yes, you are wise indeed. Does that make you feel better about yourself?

Here, take a cookie.

He needed two pictures to express himself. #levelup

I might or might not agree with it. Not everything can be summed up into a few words.

Yeah, I'd agree with you on that, even though that wasn't the situation I was thinking about.

With that quote.. I just kinda get the feeling in one sense it is almost like saying ignorant hate isn't as bad as "true hate".. Yet I can see where the quote is coming from.. It makes sense. I would personally say.. "Ignorant hate is not simply hate, but idiocy manifesting itself"

Not true.

Broadly defined, hate is a rejection of a perceived or believed evil or injustice. What one perceives or believes to be evil or unjust is what causes hate even if those perceptions are true or not.

Well, he did specify "ignorant hatred". For example, someone could say that they hate a particular anime because of its fans, without watching a single episode of the actual series itself. That would be "ignorant hatred".

Deep quotes are the idiocy itself, you can not comprehend it's full meaning.

Because its meaning belongs to the quoter, you're so cheesy.

I find it galling that this thread exists, considering the supposed cease-fire that was announced in the Why do people hate on Sword Art Online? thread. That said, I find this quote to be incorrect. My view is similar to that of Holofernes.
