I'm trying to watch a video, but it keeps freezing and skipping to the end of video screen where it gives you the option to either replay the video or watch different ones. But the replay option doesn't even do anything. This keeps happening no matter how many times I try.

Seriously, how does Crunchyroll keep letting these problems persist?

What are you watching Crunchy on? Through your web browser (via the site here)? A device (Roku, Chromecast, Xbox, etc.)? Mobile (iOS, Android phone/table)?

I'm not having any issues streaming CR through a web browser (Firefox, Chrome), iOS (iPad 4), or via my Roku 3, atm.

ISP is Comcast (w/Blast).

Cool. Which shows are giving you the most problems, what episode, and a what video resolution (720, 1080, etc.)? I'll try it out from here. See if I can duplicate your issue.

Same problem using the web player on Firefox. ISP is Comcast as well.

I don't think it's happened with any others but its happened several times over the past 2 or 3 days with The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior. I switched from 1080p to 780p and it went through the section without freezing/ending.

It happened for me on episode 5 of Cardcaptor Sakura. I haven't tried anything else since. I should also note that refreshing or trying again after waiting a few minutes doesn't help; whenever I try to watch it, it manages to play for a few seconds at the most before jumping to the end screen.

All resolutions (SD, 480P, 720P, 1080P) or just a specific resolution?

720 is the default I usually go with.

Have you tried any others for this particular episode?
