Hello,

I have been a member here for a while. I cancelled my membership, but have seen that some other people have had problems in doing so. To prevent any problems, I would like to make sure that an admin or moderator, or someone can completely cancel my membership and recurring payments. I know I'm still getting charged for the rest of the month, but I want to make sure that I'm not charged in the future. Thank you for your time, and I hope that I can be helped and ensured that I won't be charged anymore.

Your profile is still showing you as an anime member. If you signed up for billing through iTunes or another billing mechanism, that could take a longer time to fully cancel on CR (I believe PayPal provides something like 2 weeks of time for billing to process before premium status is cancelled, but that's in the case of insufficient funds).

If you cancel(led) and are still charged at the end of the billing cycle, you should /contact customer support directly to let them know, and they're usually pretty good about getting people fixed up. Admins/mods generally only handle the forums, and have no access to the billing systems.
