I get my runners high every day, usually in the morning. I go anywhere from 6-10 miles every morning depending on how much crossfit I am going to do afterwards and which muscle groups I want to focus. Keeps me cranked through most of the day then in the evenings I am doing Jiu Jitsu, Judo, TKD or Kickboxing. I don't usually make it very far at night, I'm RICE'ing a good ankle sprain now so I'm awake thinking about dumb shit. Sucks that I still have to go work, life is rough for a dumb grunt. I'm working with freight trains again, I had a job(twice) in WI for Canadian National and it was the worst times I've had as a civilian.
