Every Christmas I remember the episode 19 of Toradora.

None. I stick with claymations, the Life and Adventures of Santa Claus, and the Patrick Stewart version of A Christmas Carol.
Though with the latest season of Log Horizon, I might start watching that as well.

An anime version of A Christmas Carol could be interesting. Seems like something Studio Ghibli would do.

n.n I seen it a few times but I do really like watching the Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiyah and sometimes if I'm feeling bad around the holidays I look for the Lucky Star Christmas episode

Hmmmmm. For me my Christmas must watches were: Muppet Christmas Carol and the original Grinch. I guess the only anime one that stuck with me as the Christmas episode of Vandread (episode 10).
