Well, the greatest strengh and also the greatest weakness of humanity is the ability to imagine things, if enough people define these imaginations as real, they become real.
The some of the reasons why some shows are not available are these artificial realitities:

courtys and borders, money and profit, copyright, licencing,
and based on the above the concepts the differencation beween "legal"/"illegeal".

Crunchyroll is a legal service, they pay money for licences, which are granting them rights by the company
that holds a specific copyright.
Copyright is a concept adapted by nations in slightly varing forms, but basically deals with the follwing issue:
Some people have the talent to create a certain kind of content, like actors, animators, manga artists etc,
but as society defines that money has value and it is required to buy things, i.e. to "make a living".
Furthermore they often work for companies that, are defined as entities that want to make profit.
So copyright provides the legal basis, to give these the rights to decide how much they want to charge for the content.
A specific licence defines what rights are transfered from whom to whom, for a specific charge.

The set of rights granted by the licence can be as much or as little as the copyright owner wants to.
So Crunchyroll they try to make a licencing agreement, where they negotiate with anime companies
about where they can and can not offer a certain show and how much they have to pay for that.
Also the languages that can be used for subtitles and so on.

The endresult of that process is what you get to see, when you access crunchyroll.com in your location.

If you can't get a certain show in a certain country on crunchyroll (if at all), it is not due to the fact that
they do not wan't to but because they are not allowed to. CR tries its best, but it isn't them that get to
decise what they get.

You are mainly paying for: higher resolution vids(that require more megabytes to transfer), and the requirements to operate this service, like servers, bandwith, licences, and other expences.
(Disclaimer: I'm no lawyer or other wise qualified to give definitive or represantative answers, but thats about it,
based on what I think to be true.)

In our global world this might be "stupid", but crunchyroll is the "end of the food chain", comlaining here won't
make much of a difference.

FUNimation has the English language rights to Vanadis. Unfortunately, they only service the US and Canada, and since you appear to be located in Turkey, that means you're unable to access their streaming videos. Many Japanese licensors handle international distribution very differently, and this just happens to be a series that has fallen through the cracks in your preferred language.

If CR were able to make English subtitles available for your region, I'm sure they would. But until that happens, you might want to check out the Recommend me an Anime! thread to see if anyone can suggest a similar title you might also enjoy.

FYI: Using methods to bypass regional restrictions are a violation of the /ToS, and could result in the offending account being banned from Crunchyroll.

Even that can't magically make English subtitles appear at CR for the series in question.

In fact, in this case, fooling CR into thinking one was in the US would make the episodes of the series completely unavailable.

I get where you are coming from, but it really comes down to what distribution rights CR can get. They have to bid to get a particular item, and also bid around release regions and whatnot.

They do try to get the most for each individual series, but this is all related to the business of licensing content.

and btw, as other people have mentioned... forging location data can get your account revoked on the site, so please don't do it.

The more people make requests in the site suggestions area for a particular item, in this case english subs, the higher visibility it has for CR staff to try to make that request happen.
