It seems the checkout page only allows 1 code entry either free shipping or the gift card coupon... Is it intended...?

I've noticed this as well.

I also noticed a new bug today that applying a coupon code, then paying with PayPal, results in the coupon getting dropped from the order. Trying to re-apply the coupon code is not possible because the edit box for entering the code no longer accepts input. I fear I'm going to miss my Sakura preorder before this can be fixed.

If you haven't yet, I would /contact customer support with the problem type of "Crunchyroll Store." You might get lucky, and someone is able to respond despite the weekend.

Tried it again and the coupon survived the round trip this time. Either they fixed it really fast or there must have been a glitch in the matrix. I'll post again here if it proves to be intermittent on future orders.

Had a lot of problems ordering Sakura, had to reapply the coupon and kept losing it when paying with paypal. I think the address authentication thing was getting in the way or something, the coupon field wouldn't take any input. I think i got it to work by saving the address, and putting in the coupon and then going to paypal, and then I think the coupon worked. Was very buggy.

Sorry for all of the Issues this weekend.

Can I confirm that the issues were primarily on PayPal payment flow? Was this error happening with a card payment??
