Should we click the sign into XBOX live button on the app. Or should we sign in via the XBOXbutton on our remotes? I've tried clicking the app button to back door the Crunchyroll app. Twice now and I just get to sit there looking at the click to log into XBOX live button screen, and not the authentication screen.

UPDATE.... Neither way is allowing me access to the app. Everything's gone to hell since the update a few days ago. Please fix as soon as possible. Thanks.

Same here, neither is working as of now. I cant stand to watch on my laptop with all the buffering and stutters, and my phones screen is just too small. The xbox app was the only thing that worked flawlessly in my opinion and now this. Hoping for a fix soon because this really, really, sucks.

We shouldn't have to do a "temporary workaround " when it's going on 5 days with this problem. That's ridiculous

I've been having the same problem since this morning, hope this gets fixed soon. Watching with the Xbox is the only way I can watch videos in HD.

I having the same problem with my 360 (stuck on Authenticating) AND my AppleTV (barely pulls up queue, stuck on "Accessing Crunchyroll".

It appears that this is a Crunchyroll problem. Serious disappointment for a service that I pay good money for.

How long does a fix take??? Its almost been a week since the issue occurred and the issue hasn't been fixed, I'm not one to complain about a service that isn't expensive but if your going to charge people money for a service in general you better be prepared for the unexpected, it obviously has something to do with the stupid update you released for download, I'm sorry if I sound mean on this post, its just that my 360 is my main source for accessing Crunchyroll and if I can't watch anime the way I always do I get a little grumpy, please fix this soon

Day 4 of this problem for me. Started the 14 day trial. Signed in and watched a few episodes of SAO. Signed back in a few hours later and was stuck on the authenticating screen.

we're trying to narrow down what causes this, as seemingly only part of the users are affected.
Would you be so kind and /contact our customer support and provide them with the following information:

Is a hardrive connected to the Xbox? yes/no
If yes: How much drive space is still available?

Would data from non-affected users help as well?

Still no luck as of today and in my honest opinion i doubt it has anything to do with hard drive space and such. I have over 120 gb free and no problems whatsoever other than what im facing with now. Like others have said, immediately after downloading the update, this started so it clearly has something to do with whatever was in that update. Just hoping a fix comes soon because theres no way a few select could be experiencing this when im seeing that crunchyroll users from across the globe and nation are having the same issue. Sigh..

I've got a 120GB hard drive installed. About half of it is available. Same issue for me I've been stuck on the Authenticating screen since the update.

And no, the fix of signing out and back in does not work for me. It just endlessly keeps asking me to sign in even after I sign in on xbox live.
