Hello,

I had sent an inquiry via the FAQ section for assistance regarding the issue mentioned in the title. (I'd like to make a shout-out that this has been the most pleasant customer service experience I've had in a long time, so props to you guys!)

The above image was the response I'd received; I wasn't given a return address (that I could find) to update on my progress (or rather, unfortunately, lack thereof), so I figured I would address it here.

I have done everything suggested, including uninstalling/reinstalling and fooling around with my PS3 and TV aspect settings, and I haven't found a resolution for my problem. I would like to point out that, thus far, this has only been an issue with The Tower of Druaga -the Aegis of Uruk- -that so far no other show has done this at any time on my console. I don't know if that is any help, but it's all the information I have to go on at this point.

Thank you for your response and time; please let me know if there is anything else I can answer that might help narrow down the problem (or if I need to move my thread to a more appropriate location or anything).

Just reply normally to that email. Did you mention the name of the show in your initial ticket?

Generally, if things are being cut off at the top or bottom of the screen, it's a TV setting called overscan that you need to disable. No experience with that particular anime, but I'd guess the subs are lower than others.
